Welcome

Thank you for choosing The Re:Store. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure every client receives safe, professional and relaxing treatment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting The Re:Store directly.

Appointments are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from The Re:Store.

Clients must be aged 18 years or over unless otherwise agreed.

Consultation

A consultation will be completed before your first treatment and updated when necessary.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information regarding:

  • Medical conditions

  • Allergies and sensitivities

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Medication

  • Recent cosmetic procedures

  • Skin conditions

  • Changes in your health

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being modified or declined.

Patch Testing

Where required, patch testing must be completed at least 24–48 hours before treatment.

Treatment cannot proceed without a satisfactory patch test where one is necessary.

Contraindications

For your safety, treatment may need to be postponed or declined if:

  • You are feeling unwell.

  • You have a contagious illness.

  • You have an active skin infection.

  • You have recently undergone certain cosmetic or medical procedures.

  • A contraindication is identified during consultation.

This decision is made solely in the interests of client safety.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Many treatments can be adapted during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Products and techniques will be selected accordingly.

Arrival

Please arrive on time.

Late arrival may reduce treatment time in order to avoid delaying later appointments. Full charges may still apply.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.

  • More than 48 hours: no charge.

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% of the treatment fee may be charged.

  • Less than 24 hours or non-attendance: 100% of the treatment fee may be charged.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.

Accepted payment methods will be advised at booking.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiry dates will be stated on the voucher.

Results

Individual responses to skincare treatments vary.

While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Personal Belongings

The Re:Store cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Right to Refuse Treatment

The Re:Store reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate or where abusive behaviour is experienced.

Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

 Infant Feeding Support T&Cs

Welcome

The Re:Store provides evidence-based infant feeding support delivered by a qualified Registered Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor with specialist infant feeding experience.

The service aims to support parents in making informed decisions that are right for their family.

Scope of Support

Appointments may include support with:

  • Breastfeeding

  • Bottle feeding

  • Combination feeding

  • Positioning and attachment

  • Milk supply

  • Expressing

  • Responsive feeding

  • Infant behaviour related to feeding

  • Weaning discussions where appropriate

The service does not provide emergency medical care.

Home Visits

Please ensure:

  • An adult is present throughout the appointment.

  • The environment is safe.

  • Pets are secured if necessary.

Appointment Length

Appointments are approximately 90 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

48 hours’ notice is requested.

Less than 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.

Less than 24 hours or failure to attend may incur the full appointment fee.

Medical Responsibility

Advice is based on the information provided during consultation and current evidence available at the time.

Parents remain responsible for decisions regarding their baby’s care.

Where concerns arise regarding illness or safeguarding, you will be advised to contact your GP, Midwife, Health Visitor, NHS 111 or Emergency Services where appropriate.

Clinical Boundaries

The Re:Store does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.

Referral to another healthcare professional may be recommended where appropriate.

Follow-up Support

Any follow-up communication offered is intended for clarification of advice given during your consultation and is not a substitute for further clinical assessment if concerns change or worsen.

Confidentiality

Information shared during appointments will remain confidential except where there is:

  • Concern regarding the safety of a child or adult.

  • A legal obligation to disclose information.

  • Professional safeguarding responsibilities.

Professional Registration

Services are delivered in accordance with the standards of the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and relevant professional guidance.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Advice is provided using professional judgement and current evidence. No guarantee can be made regarding feeding outcomes, as every parent and baby are unique.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by UK law.
