Booking & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible. Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice Your appointment can be moved to another available date at no additional charge. Cancellations within 48 hours Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the treatment price. No-shows If you do not attend your appointment without letting me know, the full treatment price may be charged. Deposits Where a booking deposit has been taken, this will be deducted from the final treatment cost. For cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance, the deposit is non-refundable and may be retained towards the applicable cancellation fee. I know that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, so please get in touch with me as soon as you can if something unavoidable comes up.
