Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on July 2026.

Our Commitment

At The Re:Store, we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, inclusive and respectful care.

We are committed to making our website, services and communications as accessible as possible, ensuring that every client feels welcomed, supported and able to access the information and care they need.

We recognise that accessibility is about more than physical access. It is about creating an environment where every person feels listened to, respected and able to engage with our services in a way that works for them.

Website Accessibility

We aim to make our website easy to use by:

  • Using clear, straightforward language.

  • Maintaining a clean, uncluttered layout.

  • Using headings and page structures that are easy to navigate.

  • Using colours with good contrast wherever possible.

  • Designing pages that work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

  • Supporting browser zoom functions without loss of content or functionality.

  • Reviewing our website regularly to identify and improve accessibility.

Whilst we strive to make every part of our website accessible, we recognise that there may be areas that can be improved and are committed to making ongoing enhancements.

Communication

We understand that everyone communicates differently.

If you require information in an alternative format or need additional support, please let us know. Wherever reasonably possible, we will accommodate requests such as:

  • Larger text documents.

  • Electronic copies of forms.

  • Additional time to complete paperwork.

  • Written summaries following appointments.

  • Alternative methods of communication where appropriate.

We are always happy to discuss how we can best support your individual needs.

Appointments

We aim to ensure every appointment is welcoming, comfortable and inclusive.

If there is anything we can do to make your visit more accessible, please let us know when booking. Depending on your needs, this may include:

  • Allowing additional appointment time.

  • Offering flexible communication throughout your appointment.

  • Providing breaks during longer appointments.

  • Adjusting the treatment environment where possible, including lighting or sensory considerations.

  • Explaining each stage of your treatment or consultation at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Home Visits

Infant feeding consultations take place in your own home, allowing support to be provided in an environment that is familiar and comfortable.

If you have any accessibility requirements or additional needs before your appointment, please let us know in advance so that we can discuss how best to support you.

Feedback

We are committed to continually improving the accessibility of our services.

If you experience any difficulties accessing our website, booking an appointment or using any of our services, we would be grateful if you let us know.

Your feedback helps us improve and ensures we continue to provide the best possible experience for all clients.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

As The Re:Store grows, we will continue reviewing our website, documentation, policies and services to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure we remain as inclusive and accessible as possible.

Everyone is Welcome

At The Re:Store, we believe that everyone deserves to feel welcomed, valued and supported.

We recognise that every individual is unique, with their own experiences, circumstances and needs. Whether you are visiting us for facial wellness, infant feeding support or simply seeking a calm, supportive space, we are committed to providing care that is compassionate, respectful and tailored to you.

If there is anything we can do to make your experience more comfortable or accessible, we encourage you to let us know. We will always do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible and to ensure you feel safe, heard and cared for.

Our aim is simple: to create a space where everyone feels able to access professional, evidence-based care with confidence, dignity and kindness.
