Cancellations within 48 hours Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the treatment price. No-shows If you do not attend your appointment without letting me know, the full treatment price may be charged. Deposits Where a booking deposit has been taken, this will be deducted from the final treatment cost. For cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance, the deposit is non-refundable and may be retained towards the applicable cancellation fee.
